America’s Largest RV Show, known as the Hershey RV Show, is an annual event that draws thousands of RV enthusiasts, industry professionals, and media representatives from around the world. The 2024 edition promises to be bigger and better, offering a fantastic opportunity for media personnel to cover the latest in RV technology, lifestyle, and travel. If you're looking to attend the show as a media representative, here's everything you need to know about securing a press pass.
What is the Hershey RV Show?
In the fall, Hershey, PA, hosts the Hershey RV Show! It's a premier event in the RV industry calendar. It features hundreds of exhibitors, the latest RV models, accessories, and an array of seminars and workshops. The show is an excellent platform for media to connect with industry leaders, discover new trends, and generate engaging content for their audiences.

Why Obtain a Press Pass?
If you plan to cover anything on your social media at the Hershey RV show or even record video, you need a press pass. Don't worry too much; the process is very straightforward! Here's what else you can look forward to:
Designated Press Area: Gain access to the space exclusively reserved for press, providing amenities such as Wi-Fi access and other features!
Access Education & Industry Days: Engage with professionals before the show opens to the public. This is an incredibly valuable opportunity to connect with businesses without navigating through a public crowd.
Meet & Greets: Host a meet & greet as a content creator (Make sure you sign up as a creator to get up to date information on this!)
Behind the Scenes Insights: Interview industry professionals and gain deeper insights into the RV industry as a whole.
Meet up with Nomadic Influence!: Network with other media professionals and come see us!
Application Process
Here’s a step-by-step guide to applying for a media/press pass for the 2024 Hershey RV Show:
1. Visit the Official Show Website
Go to the Hershey RV Show’s official website and navigate to the ‘About’ tab. Click ‘Press Credentials’. Registration is free.
2. Read Over the Information Provided
Make sure you carefully go over the information provided!
You must have a press pass to record
Drone usage requires additional certification
You will need a badge for every person who is attending with you, except your children--though they are permitted!
3. Complete the Application Form
Fill out the press/guest application form for every adult attending! Below is what it should look like!

Company Name (This can be your social media name)
Email
Address
4. Confirm Submission
You should receive an email confirmation shortly after. Be sure to star this email! Don't lose it! You won't receive a badge in the mail. This is your code to get in! For issues, contact elizabeth@prvca.org
Things to Remember
Recording: Without a press pass, you may not record the event. It's free. Just get the pass!
Individual Badges: Every adult attending in your party needs their own badge and separate registration.
Drone Use: A permit and pilot credentials are required for the use of drones. You will need to email elizabeth@prvca.org for permission.
